1:1 Personal Training

If you have the time to commit to weekly PT sessions with your coach, and you want the one to one support of a personal trainer, then ''in person'' training is the option for you. We can offer you 1:1 personal training if you're based in Pembrokeshire and you can fully commit to the programme.

Online Personal Training

If you're limited on time and you still want the life changing results that personal training can help you achieve, then remote personal training is a great option. If you're short of time, you travel, you have busy family life or you just don't want the added stress of regular appointments, then this is the best choice for you.

Hybrid Training

If you want the best of both worlds, you can have the support of a personal trainer while you learn how to move well, develop your technique, and progress your fitness. Once you're feelling more confident you can switch to ''online'' or remote training, where you'll be continue to be well supported through your programme.
